Alois S. Leiker, 75, 2708 Elm, died Friday evening at St. Anthony Hospital. He was a retired famer. He was born April 15, 1906 Munjor, the son of Carl S. and Rosa Engel Leiker.

He was married to Pauline Arnhold on Nov. 9, 1936 at Munjor.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Lyle, Hays; five daughters, Mrs. Donald (Annette) Orth, Munjor, Mrs. Gilbert (Judy) Landauer, Ellis, Mrs. Jacob (Sheila) Pfeifer, Hays, Mrs. Donald (Lupe) Brown, Hays, and Mrs. Jerry (Glenda Sue) Hidde, Liberal; five brothers, Alex S., Edward S., Carl S., and Henry S., all of Hays, and Victor C., New Jersey; seven sisters, Mrs. Adeline Klaus, Mrs. Pauline Klaus, Mrs. Anna Bieker, Mrs. Philomena Pfannenstiel, Mrs. Cecilia Gross, Mrs. Celestina Kreutzer and Mrs. Mary Leiker, all of Hays; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
