Mrs. Irene P. Smith, age 102 of Lithonia died January 20, 1991. Surviving are daughters, Miss Edna Smith, Miss Lois Smith, Lithonia, Mr. and Mrs. Milton (Ann) Yancey, McDonough; son, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Smith, Stockbridge; sisters, Mrs. Maggie Moseley, Mrs. Zelda Johnson, Milledgeville; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 22 at 2 o'clock from Martha Brown United Methodist Church with remains placed in state at 1:30. Rev Noel Swanson, Dr. Chandler Budd and Dr. Jim Martin will officiating. Interment, West View Cemetery, Monticello, Ga. Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia.
