MILLEDGEVILLE, Sept. 1—Funeral services for Berry Frank Polk, 90, Wilkinson County farmer who died at his home Sunday, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at the Macedonia Church.

Burial will be in Nunn-Wheeler Cemetery.

Mr. Polk had been ill about a year. He was born and reared in Newton County and had lived there until about seven years ago.

Survivors are his wife, the former Miss Elizabeth Phillips; five sons, Robert N. and G.C. Polk of Vidalia, Carl Polk, Lyons, Ernest Polk, Atlanta, J.B. Polk, Milledgeville; seven daughters, Mrs. B.D. Yancey, Allentown, Mrs. Herbert McElheney, Monticello, Mrs. C.D. Smith, Lithonia, Mrs. W.E. Jump, Milan, Mrs. H.E. Tyler, Milledgeville, Mrs. O.M. Johnson, McIntyre, and Mrs. W.G. Moseley, Atlanta; one brother, Alex Polk, Covington; and a number of grandchildren.
