William O. Dixon was a son of James Dixon and Lavina Over. He was born on September 17, 1862 in Clarion County. He was widowed and a farmer. He died at the Jameson Memorial Hospital, New castle, Pa., on March 26, 1955 from heart disease. He was interred in the Squirrel Hill cemetery, Porter Twp, Clarion Co on March 30, 1955. Mrs. Mooney of RD3, Rimersburg was the informant.


"William Dixon. aged 92, of South Main Street, Zelienople, died in the Jameson Memorial Hospital at 9:50 p.m. Saturday, March 26, following a three week illness.
The body has been removed to the Moore Funeral Home, Rimersburg, Clarion Co., where services will be held."
