Deaths
Vincent Scieszinski
Vincent Scieszinski, 76, of Melrose, died Dec. 29, 1989, at his home.
He was born on Oct. 28, 1913, in Melrose, to Frank and Mary Fitzgerald Scieszinski. He married Mary Hannam on Aug. 17, 1940, at Melrose.
He spent most of his life in Melrose where he farmed and worked for Morman Feed Company. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Melrose and the Knights of Columbus in Albia.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Karen Smith of Des Moines, Linda Coady and Jo Ann McGee of Melrose; ten grandchildren: and a sister, Mildred Feehan of Melrose.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Unreal services are pending at Gilbert Funeral Home in Albia.
