Mrs. Craig dies Friday
Mrs. Margaret Craig, 74, of Albia died early Friday, Dec. 26, at the Chariton Manor in Chariton.
Humeston Funeral Home in Albia was in charge of arrangements. The wake service was held there Saturday evening. The body was taken to Chicago, ILL. where funeral services will be held Tuesday morning. Burial will be in Chicago.
Mrs. Craig was born on Feb. 20, 1901, near Melrose, the daughter of Frank and Mary Fitzgerald Scieszinski.
She married James Craig in Chicago. He died in 1972*. She had been an Albia resident since 1973.
Survivors include two sons; James and Donald of Chicago; five grandchildren; four brothers, John and Vincent Scieszinski of Melrose, Ed Scieszinski of Albia, and Sylvester Scieszinski of Davenport; and two sisters, Mildred Feehan of Melrose and Cathryn Scieszinski of Albia.
NOTE: Husband James Craig died on August 15, 1970 in Chicago, IL.
