Edna M. Irwin, 97, of Brumley died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1991 at St. Elizabeth Care Center in St. Elizabeth. She was born April 7, 1894 at Iberia to Benjamin and Cynthia Dial Williams. On Sept. 1, 1925 she was married at Galena to Ray W. Irwin, who died Jan 6, 1985.

Mrs. Irwin graduated from the Iberia Academy in 1913 and attended Knox College at Galesburg, Ill. and Drury College in Springfield. She was a member of the Congregational Christian Church at Iberia.

Surviving her are three sisters, Emma Gardner of Scottsdale, Ariz., Edith Meyer of Moses Lake, Wash. and Evelyn Johnston of Iberia. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home in Iberia with Dr. Ellis Livingston officiating. Burial will be in the Iberia Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
