She united at an early age with the Church of God where she was faithful until her illness, and later on until death.

She leaves to mourn her passing nine children: Mrs. Myrine Clark of Chicago, IL; Mrs. Carrie Jackson of Maywood, IL; Mrs. Roxie Jennings of Chicago, IL; Mrs. Willie Nash, Mr. Emmett Nash, Mrs. Stella Everett, Mr. Herbert Nash, Mrs. Barbara Munson of Milwaukee, WI; and Mr. Charles Alexander Nash of Kosciusko, MI.

She leaves two brothers and two sisters: Mr. Solomon Patterson, Mr. Benjamin Patterson of California; Mrs. Mary Wilson of Milwaukee, WI; and Mrs. Hattie Whittington of Jackson, MS. She also leaves to mourn her four daughters-in-law, five sons-in-law, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, friends, nieces, and nephews.
