Mary was born in Center, Mississippi on August 21, 1907, and was the eleventh child born to Will and Roxie Patterson.
She married Houston Wilson in Center, Mississippi on December 16, 1928. They had 8 children together. They include A. J., Steve, Robert. William, Sally, Roger, Marilyn, and Terry.
In 1950, the family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where Mary continued to be a devoted mother and attended the Northside Church of God.
She was loving and caring and is deeply missed by her family.
She passed away on January 15, 1990, from a massive stroke.
