William T. Hendershot, of Wind Gap, died last night at his home, aged 66. He was born in Hope, NJ, but had resided in Wind Gap for 45 years. He is survived by his wife and two children, Clyde Hendershot of Wind Gap and Lester Hendershot of Bangor; six grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters; Jonah Hendershot, Mrs. Etta Hulsizer, Millard Hendershot and Mrs. Harry Branton, all of Penn Argyl; Nettie Hendershot, Wind Gap; Mrs. Ada Smith, Easton and David Hendershot, Bangor. He was a member of the Evangelical Church, Penn Argyl and the Men's Bible Class. Mr. Hendershot was last employed as Superintendant of the Phoenix Slate Quarry, Wind Gap.
