Death of Mark Hendershot
Mark Hendershot, a prominent resident of Pen Argyl, and a veteran of the Civil War, died at that place yesterday of congestion of the brain, aged 70 years. He was a native of New Jersey, but had been a resident of Pen Argyl during the past 20 years.
The deceased is survived by a widow, seven sons and three daughters. The children all residents of Pen Argyl, are Alfred Hendershot, Jonah Hendershot, William Hendershot, John Hendershot, Willard Hendershot, Milton Hendershot, David Hendershot; Mrs. Alonzo Hulsizer, Mrs. W. J Smith, and Mrs. Harvey Branton.
