Milton Hendershot
Milton Hendershot, 82, formerly of Pen Argyl and Wind Gap, died Saturday at Easton Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital on April 9.
Mr. Hendershot had been a brakeman on the Lehigh & New England Railroad, Pen Argyl, retiring 41 years ago after being injured.
Born in Hope, NJ, he was a son of the late Mark and Susan Poyer Hendershot.
Surviving are two children, Mrs. John Pysher, Easton, and Mrs. William T. Jones, Wind Gap; one sister, Mrs. Harry Branton, Pen Argyl; 15 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Pullis Funeral Home, Pen Argyl.

The funeral of Milton Hendershot, 82, formerly of Pen Argyl and Wind Gap, was held yesterday afternoon at the Pullis Funeral Home, Pen Argyl. Mr. Hendershot died Saturday at Easton Hospital.
The Rev. Richard L. Goodman, pastor of South Presbyterian Church, officiated. Internment was in Fairview Cemetery, Pen Argyl. The pallbearers were Robert M. Jones, Harvey Pysher Jr., William T. Jones Jr., Donald Pysher, Wayne Jones and Jack Pysher.
