Mrs. Clyde Biggers Swindoll, age 69, of Winona, died March 14 at Tyler Holmes Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Swindoll was a native of Montgomery County and was a retired cafeteria manager at Winona Public Schools. She was married to the late Mr. Lee Swindoll.
She is survived by one daughter, Miss Shirley Sue Swindoll of New Orleans, La.; two sons, Joe Lee Swindoll, Greenwood and Paul Swindoll of Tupelo; four sisters, Mrs. Leola Holmes, Mrs Mildred Pittman and Mrs. Rebecca Thompson, all of Winona, and Mrs. Rachael Chandler of Greenwood; three brothers, Steve Biggers, Allen Biggers, and Mike Biggers, all of Kilmichael. She also had 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Moore Memorial Methodist Church where she was a member at 3 P.M. Thursday. Rev. Gladwyn Clark assisted by Rev. David Pratt officiated. Burial was in Winona Gardens of Memory with Oliver Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Ed Fondren, Barksdale Garner, Dr. Tom Dulin, Luther P. Crull, Jr., Henry Allman and Don Swindoll.
