Mildred Biggers Pittman, 91, a retired food service supervisor at Tyler Holmes Hospital died of heart failure Tuesday, January 6, 2004, at Tyler Holmes Hospital in Winona. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today at Lee Funeral Home. Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with burial in Winona Garden of Memory in Winona. The Rev. Johnny Walker and Rev. T.R. Darsey will officiate.
Mrs. Pittman was a member of the First Baptist Church in Winona, where she was active in the senior activities.
She was the widow of the late Arnold Pittman.
Survivors include: daughter, Bessie Ann Morris of Woodville; son, Sam Pittman of Winona; sisters, Rebecca Thompson of Winona and Rachel Chandler of Greenwood; brother, Allen B. Biggers of Greenwood; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are James Middleton, Arnie Pittman, Harold Pittman, David Wilkerson, Garrett Wilkerson and Mike Osborne.
