Frieda was the daughter of Gottlieb H. Klett and Pauline Schlenker. She married Oswald Horsch on 24 Mar. 1921 in Elizabeth, Union Co., NJ. They had 8 children together.

LINDEN, Dec. 10 – Mrs. Frieda Horsch, 51 years old, wife of Fireman Oswald Horsch, of 936 Baldwin avenue, died yesterday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Elizabeth, after a three weeks' illness. A native of Elizabeth, she had lived in Linden twenty-nine years. She has two sons, Roland and Ralph, who also are members of the Linden Fire Department.

She also is survived by three other sons, Edward, Herbert, Oswald, Jr.; three daughters, Mrs. George Shaw, and the Misses Janice and Carolyn Horsch, all of Linden; two grandchildren; seven brothers, Frank, William, Albert and Oswald Klett, of Linden, and Gotlieb [sic] Klett, Elizabeth; Frederick Klett, Roselle Park; and Henry Klett, Clark; three sisters, Mrs. George Parfitt, Linden; Mrs. Michael Patete, Elizabeth; and Mrs. Emma Weiner [sic], Nevada, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held from the Patrick Funeral Home, 635 North Wood avenue.
