Anna Palivec was born Jan 4, 1898 in Drahlín, Austria-Hungary (Bohemia), now Czech Republic. On Mar 20, 1913, she departed Bremen, Germany for the USA on the ship Chemnitz, a part of the North German Lloyd Line. She travelled in 2nd Cabin accomodations. Anna arrived in Philadelphia with her parents and 7 siblings on April 4, 1913 at the age of 15.

Before her marriage, she lived at 12906 Union Ave and listed housework as her occupation. She married Tom Wojnarowski on Jun 17, 1918, at age 20. Had one daughter.

Listed in 1920 Census, Cuyahoga County, Cleveland, OH, living with parents, and parents' family at 12906 Union Avenue, in Cleveland, Ohio along with her husband Tom Wojnarowsky, 34, Polish, immigrated 1892, and her daughter, Anna, 9 months. She immigrated 1908. Anna listed as alien, and Tom had filed initial papers.

Listed in 1930 Census, age 30, living at 5609 Flowerdale Ave, Cleveland, OH, with her husband, Tom, 42, and daughter Anna, 11. Anna immigrated from Czechoslovakia in 1913, and naturalized.

Listed in 1940 Census, age 42, in Gallipolis, Gallia County, living as a patient of the Ohio Hospital for Epileptics. Lived there in 1935 as well.

Anna died on June 20, 1941 in Gallipolis, Gallia County, OH at the age of 43. She had been living there for seven years two months, and was a patient of the Ohio Hospital for Epileptics. Cause of death was ideopathic epilepsy, with initial onset in 1915, and an epileptic attack on June 7, 1941. Anna was buried in Calvary Cemetery, Section 54, Lot 1251, Cleveland, OH. on June 22, 1941.
