William Thomas Dunlap was the second son and sibling of eight children born to Charles Brooke and Mary Ann Fullerton Stott Dunlap.He was named after his father's younger brother,William Thomas,born in1860,who died at age nine from Smallpox.
He married Jennie Schieck on 16 September 1903, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Wallingford, Pa.

They had four children-- William Frailey 29 July 1904;Maurice Edwin. ,7 November 1905;Ruth, 4 June 1909 and Harold 1911.. Jennie died in June 1927.She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Harold ,who died at age six in 1917.They are buried in Lawn Croft Cemetery. Linwood, Pa.
William later remarried to a Ruth Mahoney.There were no children from his second marriage.
During his lifetime he worked several jobs,among them peddler,
,roller in a steel mill,riveter in a shipyard ,night watchman,used car ,salesman and laborer.He and his family lived in several areas,among them,Chester,Pa.and Williston,Maryland.
He died in Easton Medical Center,Easton ,Md
