Carrie was the eighth of eleven children born to Henry Stoneman and Candace Isabelle (Price) Smith. She married Ernest Clarence Stout in 1927 and they were the parents of one daughter: Thelma Ernestine.

BURLINGTON - Mrs. Carrie Smith Stout, 90, of Burlington died Thursday, July 14, 1994.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Burlington.
