P.L. (Shelly) Shellenberger, of 36973 Highway 50 East, passed away in a local hospital Dec 25, 1976. He was the husband of Mrs Ethel Shellenbereger, of the family home, and father of Don Shellenberger, Mrs Shirley Lane, and Larry Shellenberger all of Pueblo, brother of Ralph Shellenberger, John Shellenberger and Virgil Shellenberger, all of Bushong, Kansas, and Mrs Esther McInnes, Council Grove, Kansas. He also had seven grandchildren. Mr Shellenberger was a member of the Allen Lodge No 335, AF and AM. He worked as a carpenter, and was a longtime resident of the Vineland area. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, in the Valhalla Comer Garden Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Joe Hodges. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or the Pueblo Heart Fund. The family may be contacted at the family home near Vineland.
