OBITUARY :
MRS. MARY ELIZABETH ETTER, 50, wife of Raymond H. Etter, Sr. of Waynesboro, died Saturday at her home.

She was born in Roadside, the daughter of Mrs. Ida Stoops and the late Percy Stoops.

She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Quincy.

Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by one daughter, Miss Darlene Etter, at home; three sons, Raymond S. Etter, Jr. of Dover Air Force Case in Dover, Del.; Larry O. Etter of Mt. Alto and Wayne Etter, at home; five sisters, Mrs. Frances Beisecker of Harrisburg, Mrs. Clarence Finafrock of Zullinger and Mrs. Merle Blubaugh, Mrs. Samuel Baughman and Mrs. Shirley Huntsberry, all of Waynesboro; five brothers, Carl Stoops of Houston, Txs., Orville L. Stoops, of Fayetteville, S.C., and Glenn Stoops, Eugene Stoops and Robert L. Stoops, all of Waynesboro; and two grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Poe Funeral Home in Waynesboro with the Rev. George E. Beuchner officiating.

Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg.

The family will receive, friends at the funeral home from 7 to 3 tonight.
