SERVICES FOR LARSON WILL BE MONDAY AT 10.
Funeral services for Henry J. Larson whose death was reported yesterday will be held on Monday morning at 10 o'clock at the Olson Funeral Home. Rev. H.I. Muus will officiate. Burial will be in the Oak Grove cemetery.
Henry J. Larson was born in Moody County, South Dakota, June 6, 1882, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jens Larson. His father and mother were pioneers of South Dakota. He was baptized and confirmed by Rev J.A. Biellie of Flandreau, South Dakota. Most of his life was spent in that community, although he also farmed in North Dakota. About 3 years ago he came to the Maplewood township near Pelican Rapids. Two weeks ago he went to Minneapolis for a medical examination and doctors advised him to quit driving, that he had a serious heart condition. His brother, Ben, urged him to stay with him, but Mr. Larson was returning to Maplewood to sell his car and attend to business.
Surviving are three brothers and one sister: Ben S. and Alfred of Springpark, Minnesota, Carl of Colman, South Dakota, and Dena Doyle of Flandreau, South Dakota. His father and mother and one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
