Mrs. A.P. Howard, 70, of Hawley, died at 2 o'clock Wednesday morning at the home of her son, Quintin S. Howard, at 1823 Eight Street. Funeral arrangements have not been completed awaiting word from a daughter in Seattle, Wash. Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband and several children and grandchildren.
