TOWN CREEK -- Mrs. Edith B. Givens, 82, Town Creek, died Friday, March 14, 1986, at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital, Florence.

She was a native of Lawrence County and a member of First Baptist Church, Town Creek.

The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, Town Creek, with the Revs. Edwin Marston, Waymon Fike and Dr. Tom Whatley officiating. Burial will be in Blackground Cemetery, Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6-9 p.m. today. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.

Survivors include daughters, Helen Berryman, Dean Greene, Alline Williams, all of Town Creek, Grace Bragwell, Muscle Shoals; brothers, George Brackin, Buford Brackin, Otho Brackin, Herald Brackin, all of Town Creek; sisters, Evilee Lansdell, Udell Berryman, both of Town Creek; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Bearers will be Carlton Brackin, Buddy Brackin, Devon Brackin, Billy Jack Brackin, Mickey Brackin, Bill Brackin, David Berryman and Willard Jeffreys.
