Maxwell, Services for Helen Genetta Carver, 72, of Maxwell will be held Thursday, June 12, 1:30 p.m. at the Collins Christian Church. Rev. James Louk will officiate with burial in the Collins Evergreen Cemetery. A prayer service will be held Wednesday, June 11, 7 p.m. at Cooper's Funeral Home in Maxwell.
Mrs. Carver died Monday at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.
Survivors include one son, John of State Center; one daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Callahan of Burlington; seven grandchildren; seven sisters: Mrs. Iva Green of Maxwell, Fern Richeson of Rhodes, Ruby Borts of Baxter, Eva Morrison of Collins, Mildred Borts of Mingo, Grace Long of Farrar and Bernadine Tinnermeier of Newton; and five brothers: Raleigh Rumbaugh of Cambridge, Reid, George and Paul Rumbaugh all of Mingo, and Harold Rumbaugh of Colo.∼Helen married Tilghman J Carver in Carthage, MO
