BETHLEHEM - Clyde Timothy Lail, 86, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born June 8, 1923, in Alexander County, he was the son of the late Julius Sardis Lail and Bessie Bolick Lail He was a member of Bethlehem Church of God. In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his sister, Rosella White; brothers, Frank Lail, Doc Lail, Dexter Lail, Gaither Lail, Fred Lail and Troy Lail; two infant sisters; and one infant brother. He is survived by sisters, Maudie L. Meyers of Bethlehem and May Bell Lane of Hickory; more than 70 nieces and nephews; more than 40 great-nieces and great-nephews; and more than 25 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. A service of remembrance will be held Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at 3 p.m. at Bethlehem Church of God, with the Revs. Howard Smith and Vincent Ross officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive from 2 to 2:45 p.m., prior to the service, at the church. Memorials may be given to Bethlehem Church of God, P.O.
