"Died in Bartlettsville, Oklahoma, in 1954. Fay never married. After her parents' deaths she prepared a very complete Hutchison history to which I owe most of my records of this family."

In 1870 she lived with her parents and brother and four sisters on a farm in Perry Township, Armstrong County, PA. Her father was renting the farm and had personal property valued at $200.

In 1880 she lived with her parents and seven brothers and sisters in Millerstown (now Chicora), PA. Her father and brother William were laborers.

In 1900 she lived with her parents, sisters Ella and Nancy and brother John on a farm they were renting in Fairview Township, Butler County, PA. Her father was a farmer, Nancy was a pants maker, Ella was a milliner, and John was a pumper of oil wells.

In 1910 she lived with her parents and sister Ella in a house on Central Avenue in Millerstown (now Chicora), PA. Her father owned the home, mortgage free, and was living on his own income.

In 1920 it was just she and her mother living there in the house on Central Avenue, which her mother owned, mortgage free.

In 1930 she lived with her sister Winona and her family in their house in Foster Township, McKean County, PA.

In 1940 she and her sister Ella lived with their sister Melzina, her husband, and their son Beryl at 819 Osage Avenue in Bartlesville, OK.

In 1950 she, Ella, Melzina, and Beryl lived in the same house. Beryl worked as an oil producer in the oil industry.
