Mrs. Burns, who had been residing in the Elm Haven Nursing Home in Elmwood, passed away in Proctor Hospital in Peoria, June 12.
Her husband, Forest (Fred) Burns preceded her in death April 28, 1964.
Among the survivors are one daughter, six sons, three brothers, six sisters, fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
