Sally Molleker, 95, Hays, died Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Via Christi Village in Hays. She was born April 12, 1919, in Catharine to Frank and Catherine (Schukman) Ubert.

She married Leo Molleker on June 30, 1941, in Hyacinth. He preceded her in death May 12, 1944.

She was a housekeeper and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the VFW Auxiliary. She loved to visit with family and friends.

Survivors include two brothers, Wilfred Ubert, Arvada, Colo., and Victor Ubert, Kansas City, Kan.; a sister, Lillian Staab, Hays; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, William, Alfonse, Robert, Walter and Francis Ubert Jr.; and sisters, Ida Goetz, Hilda Jaques and Eleanor Ross.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. John's Chapel at Via Christi Village, 2225 Canterbury. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays. Friends can call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1906 Pine, and from 1 p.m. until service time Monday at Via Christi Village. A parish vigil service will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Hays Medical Center in care of the funeral home. Condolences can be left for the family at www.haysmemorial.com
