George Heinrich Bieritz was the infant son of Hermann and Wilhelmine (Freise) Bieritz of Kendall Township, Kendall County, IL. He was baptized on February 20, 1898, at the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Yorkville, IL.

George was survived by his parents; his sister, Eveline Bieritz; his grandmother, Caroline (Strohmeyer) Bieritz; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Georg Bieritz.

Funeral services were held on September 6, 1898, at the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Martin T. Allwardt officiating.
