Arthur Davis, 72, passed away suddenly at 1:15 PM Tuesday, Nov 2nd at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Larry (Sharon) Nation at Assumption. He was born February 12, 1904 in Stewardson, a son of Charles and Emma Keller Davis. Survivors include two daughers, Mrs. Larry (Sharon) Nation of Assumption, Mrs. Steven (Frances) Green of Bradenton, Florida. Two sons, Charles Davis of Bradenton, Florida and Ricky Davis of Assumption, two grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Lottie Stroud of Iola, Illinois. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 PM; funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 PM at Brummerstedt Funeral Home, Stewardson with burial in the Stewardson Cemetery.
