Daniel's burial records have been extracted from David's Reformed Church, noting that he died of Hitziges Fieber. They also note that he was married to Anna Maria Fissler, and that he had 11 children. Tombstone inscriptions at David's Evangelical Reformed Church in Killinger, Upper Paxtang Twp., record his birth and death dates as slightly different. On November 11, 1777 he was listed by the Lancaster County Orphans Court as a child of Albrecht and Catharina Deibler in the intestacy records of Captain Albrecht Deibler, who died in the Revolutionary War the previous year. He was awarded 56 pounds or double his fair share of his father's estate, since he was the oldest SON. The court appointed Ludwig (P)Bretz as guardian over his estate. In June 1786 there was a petition brought forward to the courts by Daniel Deibler, eldest son of Albright of Upper Paxtang Twp., now over 14 years of age. Daniel chose William Foulke as guardian in place of Ludwich "Pretz" (spelled that way). In April of 1793 Daniel petitioned once more the "Courts", and was granted the right to be guardian over his younger brother Johann George's estate.
