"Kitty" may have been the ELDEST child of Albright and Catharine Deibler. On November 11, 1777 she was listed as a child of Albrecht and Catharine Deibler by the Lancaster County Orphan Court, in the intestacy records of her father, Captain Albrecht Deibler, who died in the Revolutionary War. She was awarded 28 pounds as her fair share of his estate. The Court appointed Peter Hoffman as her guardian. On April of 1795 the Dauphin County Orphan's Court finally issued settlement of Albrecht Deibler's estate. All the children were named: Catharina was listed with her married name "Bealis". She was referred to in these papers as "KITTY" BEALIS.
