MARCELLA BUTTON - - -Mankato-Mankato Resident, Marcella g. Button, 78, died Wednesday, February 2, 2000, at Immanuael St. Josephs Hospital, Mankato.
Memorial services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, the Rev. Richard Colletti officiating. Landkamer Johnson Bowman funeral Home, Mankato, is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Button was born Oct. 26, 1921, to Alfred and Clara [Hidde*] Fjeld in Zahl, ND. She was widowed three times, marrying Robert John Wilmes, Herbert Hinderman, and Ira Button. A former member of Moose Lodge and Eagles Club, she was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church and also enjoyed growing flowers and collecting knicknacks.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Wilmes and his wife Geri of St, Peter, and Edward Hinderman of Brook Park; four daughters, Carol and her husband Lloyd Rice of Clovis, CA, Judy and her husband Don Peterson of St. Peter, Mary and her husband Larry Keep of Little Fork and Rosalie Hinderman of Mankato; one brother, Paul Holbrook of Janesville, two sisters, Mabel and her husband John Krenick of LeCenter, and Alma Osmundson of Ely, Nevada; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three husbands, three brothers and two sisters.
* Bruggeman, Hidde was Clara's Mother's maiden name].
