Lewis A. Dille, aged 83, died at his home in Cooperstown at 10:20 o'clock this morning following a long illness.
Mr. Dille is survived by his wife; one son, Melvin Dille, of New York State; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Lepley, of Titusville, and Mrs. Harry Overmoyer, of Cooperstown; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Robinson, of New York State, Mrs. J. C. White, of Milledgeville, and Mrs. Hattie Smith, of Guys Mills; 17 grandchildren and ten grandchildren.
Note: Florinda was Lewis's second wife; they had no children. Married about 1885.
First wife was Margaret James (born abt 1858), married 1876.
First born child was Hulda Ann Dille (1877 - 1900).
