Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Barden-Peterson Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church. The Very rev. John Krasowski will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery at Marathon. The body will be at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Tuesday. A Holy Name Society rosary will be said there at 7:30 p.m. that evening and the parish rosary at 8 o'clock.
Mr. Fochs was born June 30, 1890, in Calumet County, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter W. Fochs. He moved to this area in 1900 and was a farmer all his life. He married Genevive Hack August 28, 1912 in Marathon. She died in 1957.
Surviving are two brothers, Anton, Wausau Route 4, and Frederick, 132 Robert St., Schofield; and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Reed, Marshfield and Mrs. Joseph Dahlke, 128 Adrian Street.
