Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic church with the Rev. Peter Leketas officiating. Burial will be made in St Mary's cemetery at Marathon.
The body will repose at the Rembs Funeral Home from noon Tuesday until time of services. The Christian Mothers Society rosary service will be conducted there at 3 p.m. Tuesday, and there will be a general rosary service at
9 p.m. Tuesday.
The former Elizabeth Fochs was born June 4, 1892 in Calumet County, and when a child, came with her parents to Marathon County. She was married to Ferdinand Weisenberger in 1911 in Marathon. Her marriage to Albert Reed, who preceded her in death in 1951, took place in 1937 in Marshfield.
After her first marriage, the couple resided in Wausau until 30 years ago when she came to Marshfield.
Mrs. Reed was a member of the Christian Mothers Society.
Survivors are two sons, Alex Weisenberger, Wausau, and Lee Weisenberger, Marshfield; two brothers, Anton andn Fred Fochs, Wausau; a sister, Mrs Joseph Dahlke, Wausau; four grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son and three brothers.
