Fred M Fochs Sr.
Fred M Fochs Sr., 77, 1805 Spring Street, Schofield, died Thursday at the Wausau hospital.
He was born Nov 5, 1904, in Marathon, son of Peter and Susan Fochs. He married Agnes Liljequist, Nov 9, 1928, in Wausau. She survives.
Mr Fochs was employed for 28 years at American Can in Rothschild, where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
Survivors besides his wife include two sons, Robert, New Berlin, and Fred Jr., 132 Roberts St, Schofield; a sister, Susan Dahlke, Wausau; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hayden Funeral Home, Schofield, and at 10:30 a.m. at St Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where there will be a prayer service at 7 p.m. Friday.
