He was born Feb. 14, 1908 in Melrose, to Michael and Ann Scieszinski Judge. He married Alice Heyland Aug. 30, 1932. She died Oct. 9, 1994. He was a farmer and Monroe County Supervisor for 15 years. He was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Albia.
He is survived by three sons, Gene Judge of Bondurant, Jack Judge of Pleasant Hill and Jim Judge of Dubuque; one daughter, Betty Murray of Cedar Rapids; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; one son, Michael Judge; four brothers, Chris, Frank, Ed and Mike; and four sisters, Mary, Ann, Agnes and Margaret.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the family wishes. Gilbert-Nordstrom Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
