Margaret Carlo, 68, of Kansas City, MO., died Jan. 31, 1984 at Independence, MO.

She was born at Melrose on April 6, 1915, the daughter of Mike and Annie Scieszinski Judge. She had lived in Ottumwa prior to moving to the Kansas City area about 30 years ago. She was a former member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Ottumwa and of the Altar and Rosary Society.

Survivors include her husband, Everett Carlo; one son, Michael of Kansas City, MO.; one daughter, Barbara Burns of Independence, MO.; one grandchild; three brothers, Walter Judge of Albia, Frank Judge of Burlington and Mike Judge of Ottumwa; and three sisters, Mary Lahart of Albia, Ann Feehan of Ottumwa and Agnes Dowley (should be Dawley) of New Sharon.

The funeral was 10 a.m. today (Thursday) at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Ottumwa with the Rev. Paul C. Hart officiating. Burial was in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Georgetown. Johnson Funeral Chapel in Ottumwa was in charge of arrangements.
