Leona M. Cornell Osborn, 87, died at 8:15 PM Thursday, May 8, 1990, at Lafayette Healthcare Center, where she had been a resident for the past ten years. Born June 30, 1902, in Tippecanoe County, she was a former resident of the Stockwel community. She married George Osborn on Dec. 31, 1955; he died May 1, 1980. Mrs. Osborn was a homemaker.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty (Mrs. John) Switzer of Battle Ground; three stepdaughters, June Coy of Stockwell, Helen Lemen of West Lafayette, and Georgia Coy of Lafayette; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a number of
step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.
