Mrs. Amy (Cornell) Miller, 38, died at the Lafayette hospital at 12:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, after being ill for a short time with complications.

Mrs. Miller was born at Stockwell, February 6, 1904, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Cornell. She was married to Cecil B. Miller on July 12, 1934. The husband and two step-daughters, Mrs. Harry LaGuire of Lafayette and Mrs. Paul B. Brown of Mulberry, survive, as do her parents, five brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Miller was a member of the Stockwell Methodist church.

Funeral rites were held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the Mulberry Methodist church, with the Rev. C. C. Bosse officiating. Interment was at Providence cemetery.
