CARLISLE Elizabeth R. Adams, 90, of the Brethren Home, New Oxford, formerly of North College Street, died Sunday at the home.
She was a member of the First Church of the Brethren, a former Sunday school teacher and a member of the Alpha Class. She was a former member of the Mary Dickinson Club, the Carlisle Golden Age Club and the Senior Citizens Club.
She was the widow of Carl J. Adams. Surviving are a daughter, Minerva A. Beam of Carlisle; a brother, G. Book Roth of Carlisle; a sister, Zella K. Bowers of Carlisle; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 7: 30 p.m. Tuesday at her church, 1340 Forge Road. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens. There will be no viewing.
