Emma, affectionately call "Aunt Bammy" by almost all who knew her was born on July 14, 1912, to Charlie Karl and Anna Elizabeth (Bartles) Tiemann. She was the second youngest of seven children. She married the love of her life, Herbert Lambring on February 27, 1935, in Blackwell and they shared their lives for sixty-four years. She served her family as a homemaker on the same family farm all of her life. They had one daughter, Anna Belle, who died at birth. Aunt Bammy always loved and cared for those she met. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church near Blackwell and loved her Lord and church family. She never missed an opportunity to call on the sick and shut-ins. She enjoyed family gatherings, cooking for everyone, playing card games and sweetly teasing and welcoming everyone. In her later years she enjoyed quilting with several ladies groups.
She is survived by an extended family of nieces and nephews, including Carolyn Gorath and husband Ernest, Carl Tiemann and wife Carole, Chuck Tiemann and wife Terri, and sister-in-law, Mrs. Cathryn Tiemann. Other nieces and nephews include Melvin Kahle and wife Naomi, Victor Kahle and wife Wilma, Marius Kahle and wife Pat, Delmar Tiemann and wife Joyce and Mrs. Loren Tiemann and their families.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 12th in the St. John's Lutheran Church in Blackwell with the Rev. James Dehne of the St. John's Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will follow in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Casketbeares will be David Kahle, John Gorath, Phillip Anderson, Jason Tiemann, Kendall Tiemann, Christopher Tiemann and Barry Brown. Honorary casketbearers will be Mark Brown, Brian Page, Marlin Kahle, Mike Kahle, Arlan Tiemann and Kevin Tiemann
