GRETH SERVICES TO BE WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Elizabeth Greth Rites To Be Held At. St. Peter's Catholic Church

Funeral srevices will be conducted Wednesday morning at 9:30 from the St. Peter's Catholic Church, in this city, for Mrs. Elizabeth Magdalene Greth, 88, who died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Strasser, Saturday morning at 8:40. She had been ailing for six years.

Rev. William B. sossong, of the church, will officiate. Burial will be made in St. Mary's cemetery, at Kirby.

The deceased was born Feb. 13, 1864 in Seneca County, the daughter of Peter and Clementine Zircher Courtad. Jul 3, 1883 she married Samuel Greth, who preceded her in death Oct. 11, 1915. They were married in St. Peter's catholic church, in this city.

Surviving are seven children: John and Clarence Greth, of Cal.; Charles Greth, of Kirby; Vincent Greth and Mrs. Clementine Dunlap, of Mansfield; Mary, wife of Ralph Casey, of near this city; Esther, wife of Paul Strasser, of near this city, at whose home she died; one brother August Courtad, of this city. Four children, Mrs Emma Kuntz, Albert, Samuel and Viola Greth; four brothers; one sister; two half-brothers and two half-sisters are deceased.

Mrs. Greth was a member of St. Peter's Catholic church, in this city. She was a former member of the St. Mary's church, in Kirby. When she came to St. Peter's church in this city from Kirby she retained her membership in the Rosary Altar society at St. Mary's in Kirby. She had resided at the home of her children for several years.

Friends may call at the Bringman and Co. funeral home, in this city, after 7 o'clock this evening, until time of the service Wednesday.
