Mrs. Hulda Foster, age 83, of Rugby, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011, at the U. T. Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was member of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her husband, William Dillard Foster; parents, Richard Foster and Hattie Hughett Foster; (1) son, David Foster, (2) daughters, Patsy Foster Keeler and DeAnn Foster; (4) brothers, Arthur Pratt, Bill Foster, Chester Stokes Foster, and Scott Foster; (5) sisters, Mattie Steel, Joan Foster, Dixie Foster, Cloretta Foster, and Christine Foster, and Magaline (Tiny) Perkins; (2) grandchildren, Connie Bowling and Johnny Ray Day.

She is survived by (1) brother, Samuel Foster and wife, Brenda of Danville, KY; (2) sisters, Jan Thorne, and Joann Butler and husband of Clinton, TN; (1) brother-in-law, Carvel Perkins; (2) sisters-in-law, Katie Foster and Hazel Foster; twenty grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

The famliy will receive friends for visitaion on Saturday, February 26, 2011, in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida from 12:00 Noon until time of funeral services at 2:00 P. M. with Bro. David Walker officiating. Music will be provided by David and Felicia Walker. Interment will be in the Foster Cemetery.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville is in charge of the funeral arrangements for the family of Mrs. Hulda Foster.
