Mrs. Phillis Foster Bouldin, 70, of Hogansville, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017, at her home.

Mrs. Bouldin was born October 8, 1946, in Great Pass, Oregon, daughter of the late Dillard and Hulda Foster.

A resident of Jonesboro for many years, she retired after serving as a para-legal secretary for her husband's law practice in Jonesboro. She had lived in Heard County since 2002 and loved the outdoors, enjoyed gardening and canning goods, but loved her family most of all.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Jay W. Bouldin of Hogansville; daughters, Deborah Case, Linda Hefner, and Betty Spires; brothers, Lewis, Donald, Fred, Howard, and Luke; extended family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bouldin was preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Patton, a brother, David, and sisters, Pasty and Deanne.

A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Thursday. August 3, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.
