Oliver T. Logan, for more than 60 years a resident of Macon county, died Saturday in his home in S. Wheatland township. His death was due to infirmities of age. Funeral services will be Monday in the Elwin Methodist church.
He was born Aug.22, 1842 in Lancaster, Ky. but had resided in Macon county since he was a young man. He was married to Nancy J. Ward March 7, 1867 in Elwin. He leaves three children, Mrs. Elsie L. Cunningham,Decatur, Mrs. Nora Cornthwait, Macon and A.L.Logan, Long Beach, Cal. There are 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Also he leaves his brothers, J. M. and Hugh Logan of Decatur, G. M. Logan of Millersville, L. L. Logan of Longmont, Col, Rise and J. W.Logan of Towanda, Kan.
