Mrs. Mary Jane Logan, wife of Oliver T. Logan, died Sunday morning in the home near S. Wheatland of a complication of diseases. She had been a sufferer for several years. She was 68 years old.
She was born Nov. 25, 1845 in S. Wheatland Township. She was married to Oliver T. Logan, March 7, 1869, and they took up residence in the S. Wheatland township. She had lived all her life here and had many friends in the neighborhood.She was a member of the Presbyterian church and devoted much of her time to her family and home.
She leaves her husband and three children, Mrs. G. W Cunningham, Mrs. J. F. Cornthwaite, of Macon and A. L. Logan of Banning, Calif.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning in the Methodist church in Elwin with burial in the Salem cemetery.
