THE DEATH OF LYDIA CROSE - Stockwell, Oct 15 - Mrs. Lydia Crose, 73, died at 9 p.m. Thursday at her home after a year's illness. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Smith, she was married Oct 25, 1890, to Al Crose, who survives, with the following children: Mrs. Myrtle Elkins, Indianapolis; Mrs. May Whitteberry, Walkerton; Mrs. Bessie Bogan, Lafayette; Mrs. Lillian Rayburn, Lafayette route 7; Mrs. Ruth Cohee, Mrs. Hazel Linedecker, Clifford, Quincey and Glenn Crose, of Stockwell, and Oliver E. Crose, West Lafayette. Body at Dickerson funeral home. At residence after Saturday noon. Funeral at Methodist church Sunday at 2 p.m. Interment, Stockwell cemetery.
