Mrs. Myrtle Edith Elkins, 89, of Clinton House, died there at 7 a.m. Sunday. She had been ill several years. Born at South Raub, she lived in the Stockwell area before coming to Frankfort. In 1913, she was married to Earl V. Elkins. He preceded her in death in 1925. Mrs. Elkins was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Allen E. Elkins of Dayton and James Bertus Elkins of Lafayette; a daughter, Edith Wilkinson of Michigantown; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Cohee of Lafayette and Mrs. Hazel Linedecker of Lebanon; and two brothers, Quincy Crose of Darlington and Glen Crose of Indianapolis.
